Protected buyer payments

When you pay for a kit, your card details are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe. KitMarket does not store your card number, and your purchase is covered by Stripe's dispute and chargeback protections.

Sellers connect a Stripe Express account to receive payouts. Stripe verifies identity and banking information before any money is released, so buyers can trust that sellers are real, verified individuals.

Stripe releases the payout

If no return is requested, funds are released to the seller's verified Stripe account. If a dispute is opened, our support team works with Stripe to resolve it fairly.

KitMarket never asks you to send money outside the platform or to share your card details in messages.

Sellers cannot receive payouts until Stripe has verified their identity and connected account.
